Please allow me to ask you for your help solving my queries regarding budget travel without confirmed flight tickets and it’s because this is gonna my first ever visit abroad. My itinerary is something like this -> INDIA-LAOS-VIETNAM-CAMBODIA-THAILAND-INDIA or may be in reverse order. Hence, below are the concerning things for which I need your hep –
Traveling is a great experience, but the preparation leading up to a trip can be stressful, especially to an exotic location like India. There's the planning, the packing and, of course, figuring out whether you need special documents to get into the foreign country you're visiting. Travelers heading to India don't need to worry, though. Applying for a visitor visa is simple and hassle free.
Passport Visas Express specializes in expediting passport applications in as little as 24 hours, but they have a pretty decent visa service as well. I do find their claim to issue “expedited” visas to more than 150 countries a bit misleading though (not that many countries offer expedited visas). In most situations, visa processing speeds will be at the whim of the consulate (which is beyond their control).
I intend to travel on 10th July 2019 and come back on 30th July (this was my initial plan). My GCC visa expires on 27th August. If I knew the 1-month rule earlier, I’d have adjusted the dates on itinerary, and would have avoided all this conundrum. 🙂 I have vacation leave anyway for 6 weeks, from 4th week of June to 1st week of August. I am blessed with a sponsor/employer who is ready to support me unlimited. Any documents within the company’s policies, they will issue me upon request, mainly because of the work ethics and warm relationship we have so far.
U.S. passport and foreign travel visa expediting services are helpful if you need to get your visa fast or if you do not have time or the means to submit the application yourself. You can request expedited service online and let the expeditor deliver the application to the embassy or consulate for a reasonable fee. Click the link to get your visa quickly.
Submit the application at least four days in advance of travel. The e-Visa is valid for 60 days from the date of arrival into India. Travelers can apply for an e-Visa a maximum of two times per calendar year. The e-Visa will be sent to you via email once it is approved as an Electronic Travel Authorization, or ETA. Print the ETA and have it with you during all travel in India. For help with the e-Visa application process call e-Visa support at 91-11-24300666 or email indiatvoa@gov.in.

Even for seasoned travelers like yours truly, visas can be incredibly frustrating. You have to get this document and that document; and often, despite having all of the necessary documents and fees in place, the consulate or government agency never fails to find a reason why they cannot process your visa.  If you have any questions on visas, good luck getting anyone to answer the phone….consulates and embassies are notorious for not picking up the phone. Many consulates would rather provide you with an e-mail address that gets you a short, uninformative response in three business days or more.
It’s hard to find airlines that offer fully refundable tickets without any fee in this route. But, check Quantas Airlines’ “Flex” fare. It is fully refundable but they may charge a small service fee when you cancel. Check the “Flex” tickets availability on Quantas first. Then call them to find out the exact service fee that they charge for cancellation. If that service fee is negligible, then go for it. Here is more info -> https://www.qantas.com/regions/amadeus/minirules/SGAUFLEXI_SUMMARY/index.html
At the time of enrollment, the U.S. school will enroll the applicant in SEVIS and provide the applicant with a Form I-20 to present to the consular officer at the visa interview. The SEVIS I-901 application fee is $200. If the applicant's spouse or children intend to reside in the U.S. with the applicant, they must obtain individual Form I-20s, but they do not pay the SEVIS fee.
Provide your flight itinerary as is (into Budapest and out from Amsterdam) and provide hotel reservations in all the cities you are planning to visit (Budapest, Vienna, Prague, Paris, Amsterdam). When submitting your application, just let the visa officer know that you will purchase rail/road tickets later since you are still researching cheaper options.
In accordance with the agreement signed between the United States and China to extend visa validity, beginning on November 29, 2016, Chinese citizens with 10-year B1, B2 or B1/B2 visas in Peoples’ Republic of China passports will be required to update their biographical and other information from their visa application via a website every two years, or upon getting a new passport or B1, B2, or B1/B2 visa, whichever occurs first.  This mechanism is called EVUS - Electronic Visa Update System.
Generally, you will need a letter from your employer that provides information about your job and annual income. The Spanish government wants to make sure that you will be able to support yourself during your stay and that you aren't planning on staying in Spain in violation of their immigration laws, but that you have a job to return to. If you are self-employed, submit a copy of your most recent tax return.
A fax or email from your U.S. school to the embassy or consulate in your city containing details about your qualifications, and requesting reconsideration, can be helpful in pursuing a successful appeal. Faxes should be addressed to the Chief of Nonimmigrant Visas at the Consular post in question. Fax and telephone numbers are available on the page of the Embassy or Consulate where you will apply for the visa on the Department of State web site at usembassy.state.gov. Look under “Contact Us.”
If you are going to the USA to learn English and then earn a degree, be able to explain your complete program of study. Remember, it is not enough to just say, “It is better to study in the United States.” Give valid reasons why it is better for you. Visa officers like to hear honest, direct responses to questions. They generally react poorly to applicants who give vague answers, memorize a speech, or make overly solicitous comments about how great and wonderful the United States is.
